What is happiness? Throughout history there have been many attempts to define and measure happiness. Philosophers, theologians, psychologists, economists, poets, and many others have tried to provide us with the answer to that question. Its importance to humanity has long been recognized. And, in the quest for understanding we’ve been provided with many insights into the biological, spiritual, economical, and psychological connections to our happiness. Regardless of the findings, we ultimately find the answer within ourselves. Happiness is a subjective experience. Each one of us defines happiness in our own way.
